Keeping moderate mileage in between Chicago 2021 and 2022 by adding in a half. Training with the Run Less Run Faster method – 1 day speed work, 1 day strength, 1 day distance and 3 days cross training on the Peloton. Saving wear and tear on the knee to get to the final marathon #10 – Chicago!
