Crazy? Maybe a little, but when a friend said they were starting P90X it seemed like the perfect next challenge.  Everyone thinks we are nuts for starting P90x right at the holidays.  Who wants to be on a nutrition plan over Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years? 
I do.
Why wait until after all of the damage is done to start a fitness program?  Why not get ahead of the curve and start before the holidays? 
  1. Be in better shape when you visit friends and family you haven’t seen since the last holiday
  2. Have the discipline to make better decisions during holiday meals
  3. Reward yourself with a few guilty pleasures during the holiday knowing you’ve earned them
Don’t wait to resolve to a better you!
