I totally agree with this author’s view on the fall time change. One extra hour of sleep for one night is not a good enough ROI for several months of driving to work in the dark only to return home that evening – again in the dark.

I like to get up and do it for the following reasons:
1)  start the day with a major accomplishment under my belt – I did it!!!
2)  it is hard to describe the “calm” of the early morning it clears your head and centers you
3)  there are a million twinkling stars all cheering you on
